Sales Policy

- Shop with us in high security and keep your personal information secured is our goal. We used Paypal as payment gateway and we will not gather any payment information from customers.

- All items sold are brand new.

- We will provide tracking number after the item dispatched (i.e. Hong Kong Post, Royal Mail, DPD, USPS)

- In case of any returning/ defective item, it will ship back to the office associate to the shipping method chosen. i.e. HK post back to HK, Royal Mail/ DPD back to UK, USPS back to USA.

-If you receive a wrong or defective item please email us within 30 days from the date you receive the product. Later than 30 days the item cannot be accepted for return.

-If the order is defective we will send replacement to you and no additional charge. If the order is not found to be defective we will refund the product cost to you only. Shipping and handling are not refundable. All returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, all original packaging including manuals, warranty forms, etc.

  • All the items will send by Hong Kong Post, Royal Mail or USPS. You may track the package if we provided a tracking number under associate website.
  • You may contact us for express delivery if you need the item(s) urgently with extra cost.
  • We ship to Worldwide, except South Africa, India, Sri Lanka and Nigeria
  •  Items will be shipped within 2 business day on payment received. (except public holidays)
  • Items are shipped from Hong Kong using Airmail, reach most of the countries within 10 to 20 business days. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors, it may takes up to 40 business days.
